Niblet is an Old English Sheepdog and a member of the Pound Puppies at Shelter 17. He will make his first appearance in Skunk meets Oliver and Company along with the other Pound Puppies, where they'll join Skunk's team at the end. He will also become Jessica Cruz's dog in the near future.
